A frozen steel plate. Pour, spread, scrape, roll.
No motor, no cord, no moving parts. Freeze the pan overnight, pour fruit purée or yoghurt onto the surface, spread it thin, and it sets in about five minutes. Scrape it up with the spatula and it curls into rolls.
Genuinely the most watchable thing in this catalogue, and the reason it exists is that kids will eat frozen fruit if you make it look like this.
How it works
- Pre-freeze the pan for at least 8 hours.
- Pour on blended fruit, yoghurt or juice and spread it flat.
- Wait about 5 minutes.
- Scrape with the spatula at a low angle — the sheet lifts and rolls itself.
